How to swim & how to dive

13.4. A treasure hunt in the water

With a bit of creativity, it's even possible to hold a treasure hunt in the water. A waterproof treasure map and a message in a (glass-free) bottle can be used. Children who have a very special experience in the water will associate this positive experience with the water. This is extremely valuable and helpful in all further exercises. During the treasure hunt, the learners can already solve different riddles in the water and find clues under water. Laminated photographs of fish can be found in an adventurous search under the water. This treasure hunt is great fun, which automatically ensures that the children will be even more enthusiastic about diving. Next step: How to swim - 14.1. Slowly reducing floatation aids
